Shift Type: Rotating schedule including every-other-weekend and some holidays, 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM (Evening shift)
Hours per Week: 40
Candidate Pay Rate: $27 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate personal care and assistance with activities of daily living to residents
- Perform timely and accurate documentation of care and resident observations
- Collaborate with the nursing team to follow care plans and report changes in condition
- Support a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for residents
- Assist with transfers, ambulation, and mobility support while using safe-handling techniques
- Participate in shift handoffs and communicate effectively with interdisciplinary staff
Qualifications
- Active LNA certification (required)
- PCC experience is mandatory — MUST have prior PCC experience
- Availability for every-other-weekend coverage and some holiday shifts
- Current CPR/BLS certification as required by facility (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to pass background checks and meet facility onboarding requirements
- Strong communication skills and a team-player attitude
Education
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Active LNA certification/credential
Knowledge & Skills
- Knowledge of basic resident care, infection control, and safety procedures
- Comfortable with documentation and charting best practices
- Ability to safely assist with transfers and mobility
- Good observation skills to notice and report changes in resident condition
- Professionalism, empathy, and strong interpersonal skills
