Shift Type: Per diem (days vary), 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM (Evening/PM shift)

Candidate Pay Rate: $19 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, hands-on care to residents and patients
- Assist with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, and mobility
- Monitor and record vital signs and report changes to the nursing team
- Support a safe, clean environment and follow infection control practices
- Communicate clearly with patients, families, and interdisciplinary staff
- Document care accurately and timely in assigned systems
Qualifications
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) — required
- Valid CNA certification for North Carolina or eligibility to obtain one
- Comfortable working the 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM evening shift on a per diem basis
- Professional, patient-focused attitude with strong communication skills
Education
- High school diploma or GED preferred
Knowledge & Skills
- Skilled in assisting with ADLs and resident hygiene
- Basic vital signs knowledge and patient observation
- Understanding of infection control and safe patient handling
- Good communication and teamwork within a clinical setting
- Ability to follow care plans and document accurately
