Shift Type: Day shift, 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM; includes some scheduled Saturday cases; On Call coverage (at least 12 shifts/month)

Candidate Pay Rate: $63 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Assist and support interventional cardiac procedures such as PVI, PPM, EPS, LHC and PCI, ensuring patient safety throughout
- Operate and optimize cath lab imaging systems including Philips and Siemens equipment
- Prepare and maintain sterile procedure areas and ensure all equipment is functioning properly
- Monitor patients and equipment during procedures and act quickly to escalate concerns
- Accurately document procedures and patient information in Meditech and MacLab
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses and techs to deliver efficient, high-quality care
- Mentor and educate newer staff, sharing your interventional experience to build a stronger team
Qualifications
- ARRT certification required
- RCIS required (panning x-ray table experience noted)
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Minimum 1 year of interventional/cath lab experience
- Willingness to participate in on-call rotation and some Saturday coverage
- Comfortable working with Philips and Siemens imaging systems and common cath lab workflows
Knowledge & Skills
- Strong knowledge of cardiac cath lab procedures and suite workflows
- Experience with EP, PVI, PPM, EPS, LHC, PCI, IR and neuro cases is a plus
- Familiarity with cath lab imaging systems (Philips, Siemens)
- Proficient with EMR systems such as Meditech and MacLab
- Excellent sterile technique, instrumentation handling and procedural setup skills
- Ability to communicate clearly with multidisciplinary teams and teach junior staff
