Roles & Responsibilities

• Assist in and support cardiac cath and interventional coronary procedures, including structural heart and peripheral interventions
• Operate and troubleshoot imaging and cath lab equipment (MacLab, GE, Philips) with precision and safety
• Monitor patients intra-procedurally and respond quickly to changes in condition
• Maintain sterile field and follow strict infection control practices for all cases
• Document procedures and patient care accurately in Meditech and other unit systems
• Collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and the cath lab team to deliver exceptional patient-centered care
• Participate in on-call rotations, providing coverage for evenings and weekends as needed

Qualifications

• ACLS and BLS required (candidates without these will not be considered)
• CVT certification or Radiology Tech background preferred/required as listed
• Minimum 2 years of relevant Cath Lab/Cardiac Cath Lab experience
• Hands-on experience with EP, interventional coronary cases, structural heart, and peripheral interventions
• Comfortable working with MacLab, GE and Philips imaging systems and documenting in Meditech
• Team player with strong critical thinking and compassionate patient care

Knowledge & Skills

• Proficient with Cath Lab equipment and imaging systems (MacLab, GE, Philips)
• Familiarity with Meditech documentation systems
• Knowledge of cath, EP, structural heart and peripheral intervention procedures
• Strong teamwork, critical thinking and the ability to perform independently when needed
• Excellent patient monitoring and emergency response skills
• Effective communication with multidisciplinary teams and patients
