Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate direct patient care under nursing supervision
Assist patients with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing and mobility
Accurately record vital signs and document patient status
Support safe patient transfers and maintain a clean, safe environment
Communicate clearly with the care team to ensure coordinated care
Observe and report changes in patient condition promptly to nursing staff

Qualifications

Valid CNA certification in California or eligible for state certification
Current CPR/BLS certification preferred or willing to obtain
Comfortable working overnight shifts and managing patient needs at night
Strong interpersonal skills and a compassionate approach to patient care
Ability to pass required background checks and health screenings

Education

High school diploma or GED required
Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) credential required

Knowledge & Skills

Basic clinical skills including vital signs, ADL assistance and safe transfer techniques
Familiarity with charting and basic documentation practices
Ability to follow care plans and escalate concerns appropriately
Good time management and teamwork skills in a fast-paced setting
Customer service mindset when interacting with patients and families
