Roles & Responsibilities

• Perform routine and complex clinical laboratory testing accurately and efficiently
• Maintain strict quality control, documentation, and instrument calibration
• Process and prepare specimens while ensuring proper identification and handling
• Troubleshoot instrumentation issues and escalate when appropriate
• Collaborate with the clinical team to deliver timely results that impact patient care
• Complete required checklists and participate in competency validation (Trinity Skills Checklist)

Qualifications

• ASCP MLT certification required
• BLS certification required
• Successful completion of Trinity Skills Checklist and license/certificate verification
• Must meet employer health and screening requirements (Fit Test, Trinity 10 Panel Drug Screen, required immunizations/vaccines and TB testing)
• Ability to work evening shifts, every-third-weekend rotation, and possible holiday coverage

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to patient safety
