Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, hands-on care to residents, assisting with activities of daily living
• Monitor and document resident conditions accurately and promptly
• Support nursing team with timely communication and escalation of concerns
• Maintain a safe, clean environment and follow infection control protocols
• Assist with mobility, feeding, and personal hygiene while preserving dignity
• Collaborate with peers and leadership to deliver person-centered care

Qualifications

• Valid LNA (Licensed Nursing Assistant) or T-LNA certification (VT/NH appropriate licensure)
• Current state authorization to practice in Vermont or New Hampshire as applicable
• Comfort working the 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM night shift
• Strong communication skills and a caring, team-oriented attitude
• Willingness to pass facility background checks and meet onboarding requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Completion of an approved Nursing Assistant training program and state LNA certification

Knowledge & Skills

• Skilled in basic patient care and assisting with ADLs
• Familiarity with documentation and effective hand-off communication
• Knowledge of infection control and safe patient handling
• Ability to work calmly in fast-paced environments and prioritize tasks
• Team collaboration and resident-focused problem solving
