Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide clinical leadership and oversight for the unit, ensuring high-quality patient care
• Supervise nursing staff and coordinate clinical workflows across shifts
• Serve as the escalation point for clinical issues, guiding safe patient management
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to maintain smooth operations
• Support staff development through coaching, feedback, and resource coordination
• Monitor unit staffing, patient acuity, and safety concerns and act proactively

Qualifications

• Active California RN license (required)
• Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications (required)
• Negative TB screening within 12 months of contract start (required)
• NRP preferred
• Demonstrated experience in clinical or house supervision and leadership
• Strong communication, critical thinking, and delegation skills
