Shift Type: Rotating day shifts (varies): 6:00 AM - 6:30 PM, 6:30 AM - 7:00 PM, or 7:00 AM - 7:30 PM; on-call every 4th weekend (6:00 AM - 6:30 PM); holiday rotation every 4th holiday. Rotating schedule that includes weekends and holiday coverage.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality CT imaging procedures while following established protocols and safety standards
• Provide compassionate patient care, including patient positioning, monitoring, and education throughout the exam
• Ensure radiation safety and adhere to infection control and facility policies
• Document procedures accurately in patient records and communicate findings to radiologists and the care team
• Participate in competency testing and skills checklists to maintain clinical excellence
• Cover scheduled on-call weekends and assigned holiday rotations as part of the team
• Maintain equipment cleanliness and report any technical or safety concerns promptly

Qualifications

• Active CT technologist licensure/certification with license/certificate verification required
• BLS certification required
• Willingness and ability to complete Trinity specialty competency testing and Trinity skills checklist
• Successful completion of required health screenings including fit test, 10-panel drug screen, and required immunizations
• Ability to work rotating day shifts, participate in on-call weekend rotation, and cover assigned holidays
• Professional attitude, strong communication skills, and ability to collaborate with a multidisciplinary team

Knowledge & Skills

• Computed Tomography (CT) best practices and imaging protocols
• Patient positioning and image quality optimization
• Radiation safety principles and infection control
• Competency in required facility testing and documentation (Trinity testing and checklists)
• Basic life support (BLS) and patient monitoring
• Ability to complete required health and compliance screenings (fit test, immunizations, drug screen)
