Roles & Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality screening mammography exams with care and precision
• Operate and maintain mammography equipment following safety protocols
• Ensure imaging meets ACR and MQSA standards for diagnostic quality
• Provide compassionate patient care, explaining procedures and ensuring comfort
• Document imaging and QA activities accurately and timely
• Collaborate with radiologists and clinical staff to support patient outcomes
• Participate in mammography quality assurance processes and improvement efforts

Qualifications

• ARRT certification with Advanced Mammography credentials (required)
• Washington State Radiologic Technologist license (required)
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification (required)
• Experience with mammography quality assurance and screening mammography
• Working knowledge of ACR and MQSA standards and documentation requirements
• Strong patient communication skills and emphasis on patient comfort and safety
