Roles & Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and accurately document incoming inventory to keep operations running smoothly
• Move, stage, and store materials using safe lifting techniques and appropriate equipment
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with attention to accuracy and timeliness
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas to protect team members and product integrity
• Collaborate with supply chain and shipping teams to prioritize urgent orders
• Report discrepancies, damages, or inventory issues promptly to supervisors
• Operate forklifts or pallet jacks safely after completing required training and certifications

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse or material handling experience preferred but not required
• Forklift certification or willingness to obtain certification on the job
• Ability to lift and move moderate loads safely and follow OSHA guidelines
• Strong attention to detail and basic math skills for inventory tasks
• Reliable attendance, positive attitude, and ability to work as part of a team
• Ability to pass any required background checks and pre-employment screenings

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred

Knowledge & Skills

• Basic inventory management and stock rotation practices
• Familiarity with warehouse safety protocols and PPE use
• Comfort using barcode scanners, handheld devices, or simple warehouse software
• Good communication skills to coordinate with supervisors and team members
• Time management and organization to handle multiple pick/pack tasks

This is a contract position with an opportunity to explore the local community.
