Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide expert peri-procedural nursing care during cardiac cath, EP, IR, neuro and vascular cases
• Assist physicians and the cath lab team with complex procedures using Philips C-arms and Merge Vericis hemodynamic systems
• Document care and procedure details accurately in Epic to ensure continuity and quality
• Maintain sterile technique and ensure a safe environment for patients and staff
• Triangulate patient needs, equipment, and team communication for smooth, efficient procedures
• Participate in department orientation and ongoing competency development
• Respond professionally and promptly when on-call to support emergent cases

Qualifications

• Current RN license (required)
• BLS and ACLS (required)
• Minimum 2 years of relevant clinical experience (as listed in the job profile)
• Experience in at least 3 of the service lines: EP, IR, Neuro, Vascular, Cardiac (required)
• Experience in 4 service areas preferred
• RCIS or ARRT credentials welcome for tech roles (techs must hold credentials)

Knowledge & Skills

• Hands-on familiarity with Cardiac Cath Lab workflows and procedures
• Experience with Philips C-arms and Merge Vericis hemodynamic systems
• Proficient use of Epic EMR for documentation and order management
• Strong aseptic and sterile technique skills
• Excellent team communication and the ability to function in fast-paced procedural settings
• Ability to rotate on-call weekends and adapt to changing schedules
