Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality telemetry nursing care to geriatric and swing-bed patients with compassion and clinical confidence
• Perform advanced wound care assessments and interventions, documenting progress and teaching patients and families
• Continuously monitor telemetry, recognize changes, and escalate concerns promptly
• Deliver med/surg nursing tasks accurately and safely, including medication administration and treatments
• Document patient care thoroughly in Cerner to maintain continuity and clear communication
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to create and execute individualized care plans
• Maintain a concierge-level patient experience appropriate for an affluent community, ensuring comfort and respectful communication
• Adhere to unit policies and contribute to a positive, team-oriented culture

Qualifications

• Active RN title (Registered Nurse) and current state licensure
• Minimum 2 years of clinical nursing experience
• Experience caring for geriatric patients or prior inpatient rehab (swing bed) experience required
• Advanced wound care skills required
• BLS certification required
• ACLS and CPI certifications preferred
• Comfortable working with standard med/surg equipment and telemetry monitoring
