Roles & Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive vascular ultrasound studies including ABI, carotid, renal, aortic/abdominal, venous and arterial exams, and lower extremity reflux studies
• Operate and maintain GE ultrasound equipment and document studies accurately in MediTech Expanse
• Provide clear, compassionate patient care and education throughout testing
• Prioritize and manage a caseload independently while coordinating with providers for timely results
• Ensure quality control, adhere to unit guidelines, and follow safety and infection control protocols
• Participate in on-call rotation every other weekend (0800-1200) as required

Qualifications

• Registered Vascular Technologist (RVT) required
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
• Must be registered in the state of New Hampshire
• Minimum 2 years of vascular sonography experience preferred
• RDMS credential is a plus and will be considered favorably
• Comfortable working independently and managing complex studies and schedules

Knowledge & Skills

• Expertise in vascular ultrasound procedures: ABI, carotid, renal, aortic/abdominal, venous and arterial, lower extremity reflux
• Experience with GE ultrasound systems
• Familiarity with MediTech Expanse electronic medical records
• Strong patient communication and clinical documentation skills
• Ability to multitask, prioritize studies, and work autonomously
