Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality urgent care and occupational health services to adolescents through geriatrics
• Deliver episodic care and manage injury treatment with clinical autonomy
• Document patient encounters clearly and efficiently using Anthem EMR
• Collaborate with and consult the supervising physician via phone as needed
• Maintain credentialing and readiness to cover any urgent care location when emergent needs arise
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and the care team to ensure safe, coordinated care

Qualifications

• Certified Nurse Practitioner with current licensure in Virginia (ability to practice autonomously)
• Proven experience in Urgent Care and Occupational Health settings
• Familiarity with episodic care and injury treatment workflows
• Comfort using Anthem EMR for documentation
• Willingness to be credentialed across multiple urgent care sites and to provide locum coverage
• Ability to consult with a supervising physician by phone when needed

• Working autonomously while using phone-based physician supervision
