Roles & Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to identify patient needs and strengths.
- Develop individualized treatment plans grounded in evidence-based therapeutic interventions.
- Deliver therapeutic interventions across the lifespan for conditions such as depression, anxiety, trauma, substance use, and adjustment disorders.
- Collaborate closely with primary care providers, nurses, and behavioral health colleagues to ensure coordinated, whole-person care.
- Maintain timely, accurate clinical documentation and case notes to support continuity of care.
- Engage with families and communities to promote mental and emotional well-being in underserved, rural populations.
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program.
- Active Licensed Independent Social Worker (LISW) license in Iowa.
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience preferred.
- Experience working in rural or medically underserved settings is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and documentation skills.
Education
- Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program
