Roles & Responsibilities
- Lead daily department operations and provide hands-on technical direction to the CT team
- Serve as a technical resource and mentor, ensuring staff competence in all CT procedures
- Perform high-quality CT imaging while adhering to radiation safety protocols
- Ensure excellent patient care and positive patient experiences during imaging procedures
- Oversee and participate in quality assurance activities to maintain imaging standards and compliance
Qualifications
- Current Hawaii State Radiologic Technologist license (required)
- Current CT certification by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) (required)
- Current BLS certification (required)
- Minimum three (3) years of experience as a CT Technologist
- Prior leadership experience preferred
Education
- Current professional licensure/certification as a Radiologic Technologist (Hawaii) and CT (ARRT)
- BLS certification
Knowledge & Skills
- Proven knowledge of CT safety operations and capabilities
- Experience with CT quality assurance activities and imaging best practices
- Strong patient care skills and ability to communicate clearly with patients and clinical teams
- Familiarity with radiation safety principles and regulatory compliance
- Technical skill in CT imaging equipment operation and troubleshooting
