Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, patient-centered nursing care during night shifts with keen clinical judgment
• Perform thorough assessments and monitor changes in patient condition, escalating as appropriate
• Administer medications and treatments accurately and document all care in the medical record
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to create and implement effective care plans
• Float to other areas as needed, bringing adaptability and teamwork to different units
• Support a safe environment by following facility protocols, infection control, and patient safety practices

Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) credential (current and in good standing)
• Availability for night shifts and every-other-weekend scheduling
• Willingness to float to other clinical areas as required by the assignment
• Ability to complete a 13-week travel contract (May 4, 2026 – Aug 1, 2026)

Knowledge & Skills

• Strong patient assessment and clinical decision-making skills
• Proficient documentation and charting practices
• Skilled in medication administration and monitoring
• Ability to work independently during night hours and collaborate with day staff
• Adaptability to float across units and manage varied patient populations
