Location: Franklin, NH

Start Date: 05-01-2026

End Date: 08-01-2026

Contract Type: Contract

Shift Type: Night shift, 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM; specific days to be confirmed (overnight schedule). Every other weekend required. Shift type: night/overnight.

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $34 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, patient-centered nursing care to adults in the facility
Administer medications and treatments accurately and on time
Monitor and document vital signs, patient conditions, and changes promptly
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and follow care plans
Respond to patient needs and emergent situations with calm, competent action
Educate patients and families about care, medications, and discharge instructions

Qualifications

Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in New Hampshire required
Completion of an accredited Practical Nursing program
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required; additional certifications a plus
Comfortable working overnight shifts and every other weekend
Strong communication, teamwork, and documentation skills
Proof of required immunizations and ability to meet facility onboarding requirements

Education

Graduate of an accredited Practical Nursing (LPN) program
Current LPN licensure in New Hampshire

Knowledge & Skills

Patient assessment and basic nursing interventions
Medication administration and accurate charting
Familiarity with electronic health record documentation
Infection control and wound care fundamentals
Time management and prioritization in a fast-paced environment
Collaborative communication with nursing peers and allied health staff
