Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, hands-on care to residents and support daily living activities
• Assist with bathing, dressing, feeding, mobility, and toileting while preserving dignity
• Monitor and record vital signs and report changes in patient condition promptly
• Maintain accurate documentation and communicate clearly with the care team
• Follow infection control and safety protocols to protect residents and staff
• Build trusting relationships with residents and support their emotional needs

Qualifications

• Current, active LNA license valid for VT or NH (as applicable)
• Completion of a state-approved nursing assistant program
• Comfortable working the 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM evening shift, Monday–Friday
• Willingness to complete background checks, TB screening and required immunizations
• Basic Life Support (BLS/CPR) certification preferred or willing to obtain
• Strong communication skills and a team-player attitude

Education

• High school diploma or GED
• Graduation from a state-approved LNA program

Knowledge & Skills

• Skilled in assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs) and patient mobility
• Proficient in taking and documenting vital signs accurately
• Knowledgeable about infection control and resident safety practices
• Good observational skills with the ability to report changes in condition
• Comfortable with electronic and paper charting systems
• Excellent interpersonal skills and compassionate bedside manner
