Candidate Pay Rate: $21 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate hands-on care for residents including assistance with activities of daily living
Monitor and document vital signs and resident condition accurately and promptly
Support safe transfers, mobility and fall prevention to keep residents secure
Communicate clearly with nurses, families and the care team to advocate for resident needs
Assist with feeding, grooming and toileting while maintaining dignity and respect
Help create a welcoming, comfortable environment that fosters recovery and well-being

Qualifications

Current LNA certification (Licensed Nursing Assistant) required
Local candidates only; reliable transportation required as noted in the job details
Willingness to work evenings (3:00 PM - 11:00 PM) and every other weekend
Ability to pass facility background checks and comply with facility policies

Education

High school diploma or GED preferred; LNA certification required

Knowledge & Skills

Skilled in basic patient care and safe transfer techniques
Comfortable taking and recording vital signs and observing clinical changes
Strong communication skills for teamwork and resident advocacy
Knowledge of infection control best practices and resident safety
Basic documentation skills; accuracy and attention to detail
