Candidate Pay Rate: $17 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate direct patient care to residents at Canyon Trans Rhb Ctr
Assist patients with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, and toileting
Take and record vital signs accurately and report changes to nursing staff
Support rehabilitation activities and follow care plans set by the care team
Maintain clear, timely documentation in patient records
Follow infection control and safety protocols to protect patients and staff
Communicate effectively with patients, families, and interdisciplinary team members

Qualifications

Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
Authorized to work and provide CNA services in New Mexico
Available to work the specified schedule: Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM
Local candidates only (LOCAL ONLY)

Knowledge & Skills

Hands-on patient care and mobility assistance
Ability to take and document vital signs accurately
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Basic clinical documentation and charting
Awareness of infection control and patient safety practices
Compassionate bedside manner and patient-centered focus
