Shift Type: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, 6:30 PM - 6:30 AM (Night shift)

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $18 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, hands-on care to residents including assistance with activities of daily living
Assist with bathing, dressing, feeding and mobility to maintain patient dignity
Take and record vital signs accurately and report changes promptly
Document care and observations clearly in the resident record
Follow infection control procedures and facility policies to keep everyone safe
Communicate effectively with nurses, therapists and families to support care plans
Support rehabilitation goals by encouraging participation in assigned activities

Qualifications

Current CNA certification (required)
Active state nursing assistant license or ability to obtain required local credentials
Comfortable working 12-hour night shifts and reliably available for Monday through Wednesday schedule
Strong communication and teamwork skills
CPR/BLS certification preferred
Able to start ASAP for this urgent local assignment

Education

High school diploma or GED preferred
CNA certification required

Knowledge & Skills

Skilled in assisting with ADLs and basic patient care
Proficient in taking and recording vital signs
Familiarity with infection control and safety practices
Clear and compassionate verbal and written communication
Accurate documentation and attention to detail
Ability to prioritize tasks and work well under pressure
