Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate bedside care and assistance with activities of daily living
• Monitor and report changes in patient condition to the nursing team
• Assist with bathing, dressing, toileting, feeding and mobility safely and respectfully
• Take and record vital signs accurately and maintain patient documentation
• Support a positive patient experience through clear communication and empathy
• Collaborate with nurses and interdisciplinary staff to ensure continuity of care

Qualifications

• Current Certified Nursing Assistant credential (CNA or T-CNA) as listed in the job class
• Comfort and experience working long day shifts (6:00 AM - 6:30 PM) in a fast-paced setting
• Ability to pass any required background checks and facility onboarding requirements
• Willingness to work a travel contract (10-week assignment from 2026-04-27 to 2026-06-29)

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred; CNA certification required

Knowledge & Skills

• Strong patient care skills and proficiency with ADLs (activities of daily living)
• Good communication and teamwork with nurses, therapists and support staff
• Basic clinical skills including taking vitals and safe patient transfers
• Attention to detail with charting and following care plans
• Reliable, punctual, and adaptable in changing clinical environments
