Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, hands-on care to residents — assist with ADLs like bathing, dressing, and mobility
• Monitor and report changes in patient condition to nursing staff promptly
• Assist with feeding, turning, and range-of-motion exercises to support recovery
• Document care accurately and efficiently to keep the care team informed
• Follow infection control and safety protocols to protect patients and staff
• Build positive relationships with patients and families to promote comfort and trust

Qualifications

• Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
• T-CNA or Travel CNA experience preferred (Class listed as CNA|T-CNA)
• Willingness and ability to complete a 10-week travel assignment (Start: 2026-04-27, End: 2026-06-29)
• Comfortable working a 12+ hour day shift schedule (6:00 AM - 6:30 PM) and following facility procedures
• Ability to pass required background check and immunization/health screenings (standard for facility onboarding)

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification required

Knowledge & Skills

• Skilled in providing direct patient care and assisting with activities of daily living
• Strong observational skills and the ability to communicate changes to the care team
• Familiarity with basic charting/documentation and following care plans
• Knowledge of infection control practices and patient safety standards
• Compassionate bedside manner and good teamwork/communication skills
