Candidate Pay Rate: $56 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Perform prescribed radiographic procedures and produce high-quality diagnostic images
- Operate C-arm/fluoroscopic equipment and assist with interventional procedures as needed
- Educate patients and families about procedures, risks, and aftercare with compassion
- Prepare, present, and maintain accurate clinical documentation for timely interpretation
- Perform and evaluate equipment quality control measurements and troubleshoot issues
- Maintain a safe environment by adhering to radiation safety and infection control protocols
- Manage inventory of supplies to ensure uninterrupted patient services
- Collaborate with imaging, nursing, and interdisciplinary teams to support efficient workflow
Qualifications
- Current ARRT certification (Radiologic Technologist)
- State licensure for Minnesota (as applicable)
- Current BLS certification
- Certificate or diploma from an accredited Radiology program
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum of 1 year clinical radiologic experience
- Strong communication, teamwork, and patient-care skills
Education
- High school diploma or GED required
- Certificate or diploma from an accredited Radiology program required
- ARRT certification required; state licensure if applicable
- Current BLS certification required
Knowledge & Skills
- Radiographic procedures and image production best practices
- C-arm / fluoroscopy operation and safety
- Patient positioning and compassionate patient care
- Radiation safety principles and regulatory compliance
- Equipment quality control, troubleshooting, and maintenance awareness
- Clinical documentation and medical record accuracy
- Interventional/invasive radiology support
- Inventory management and efficient workflow coordination
- Clear communication and teamwork across disciplines
