Candidate Pay Rate: $46 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Room patients efficiently and compassionately to keep clinic flow moving
- Administer vaccinations and assist with minor procedures such as skin biopsies, wart removal, circumcisions and splinting
- Perform and document EKGs (training provided) and assist providers during exams
- Maintain clean, well-stocked exam rooms after each patient visit
- Manage patient phone triage and coordinate follow-up with providers
- Accurately chart in AEHR and Meditech to ensure clear, compliant clinical records
- Collaborate closely with providers, CNAs and CMAs to deliver excellent primary care across age ranges
Qualifications
- Active LPN/LVN license eligible for submission
- BLS certification required (must maintain current certification)
- Minimum 2 years clinical experience preferred, clinic experience strongly preferred
- Comfortable working across primary care areas — Peds, Family, OB, Walk-in and Internal Medicine (floating required)
- Ability to work with AEHR and Meditech charting systems (experience a plus)
- Strong teamwork, time management and problem-solving skills
Education
- Completed LPN/LVN program (diploma or certificate) and active LPN/LVN licensure
Knowledge & Skills
- Patient rooming and vital signs collection
- Vaccination administration and documentation
- Assisting with minor procedures and post-procedure care
- EKG performance (training provided)
- Charting and EMR documentation in AEHR and Meditech
- Exam room stocking and infection control between patients
- Patient phone triage and clear communication with providers
- Collaborative work with CNAs/CMA and RN leads
