Shift Type: Per diem (varied days), 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM, 30-minute meal break, Evening shift
Hours per Week: 40
Candidate Pay Rate: $45 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, resident-centered nursing care during evening shifts
- Assess resident conditions and report changes to the care team promptly
- Administer medications and treatments safely and according to policy
- Document care accurately and maintain up-to-date clinical records
- Support activities of daily living and promote resident dignity and independence
- Collaborate with nurses, therapists, and leadership to deliver coordinated care
- Educate residents and families about care plans and discharge instructions
Qualifications
- Active LPN or RN license (Local license/authorization preferred for MA applicants)
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) / CPR certification
- Per diem availability for evening shifts (3:00 PM - 11:00 PM)
- Experience in long-term care, rehabilitation, or skilled nursing preferred
- Strong communication skills and a teamwork-oriented mindset
- Ability to pass required background checks and health screenings
Education
- LPN: Completed LPN diploma or certificate program
- RN: Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
Knowledge & Skills
- Medication administration and IV/PO/SC familiarity (as applicable to role)
- Skilled in resident assessment, wound care basics, and care planning
- Proficient with electronic charting and documentation standards
- Excellent interpersonal skills with residents and families
- Time management and prioritization in a fast-paced clinical setting
- Ability to follow policies, protocols, and infection control practices
