Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, safe, and effective nursing care to patients during overnight hours
• Administer medications, document care, and monitor patient status with attention to detail
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to support patient care plans and smooth handoffs
• Perform assessments and report changes in condition to the appropriate care team members
• Support a positive patient experience through clear communication and professional bedside manner

Qualifications

• Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) credential required
• Ability to work the scheduled night shifts (6:30 PM - 7:00 AM) on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday
• Current clinical competency to perform LPN duties in a long-term/rehabilitation setting
• Willingness to complete facility-required onboarding, immunizations, and background checks

Education

• Completion of an accredited Practical Nursing program (LPN)

Knowledge & Skills

• Strong clinical assessment and basic nursing care skills
• Medication administration and accurate documentation
• Comfortable with electronic charting and handoff communication
• Good prioritization, time management, and teamwork during busy night shifts
• Calm, professional patient and family communication skills
