Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, patient-centered nursing care during night shifts to keep residents safe and comfortable
• Administer medications and treatments accurately and on schedule
• Monitor and document patient conditions, reporting changes promptly to the care team
• Collaborate with RNs, CNAs, and facility staff to coordinate care plans and handoffs
• Perform routine assessments and implement interventions to support residents' well-being
• Maintain clear, timely clinical documentation to support continuity of care
• Ensure infection control and safety protocols are followed at all times
• Advocate for residents' needs and support a positive, respectful care environment

Qualifications

• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) credential
• Available for a 7-week travel assignment from 2026-02-09 to 2026-03-23
• Comfortable working 12-hour night shifts (7:00 PM - 7:00 AM) and providing coverage across all days of the week
• Reliable, professional, and patient-focused with strong communication skills

Education

• Completion of an accredited Practical Nursing (LPN) program

Knowledge & Skills

• Skilled in medication administration and bedside nursing fundamentals
• Strong patient assessment and basic clinical decision-making
• Accurate clinical documentation and handoff communication
• Infection prevention practices and resident safety awareness
• Teamwork and collaboration with multidisciplinary care teams
• Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced night-shift environment
