Shift Type: Rotating 12-hour shifts (day and night), 3 shifts per week; includes both day and night openings. Exact start/end times are set by the facility and may vary by assignment.

Candidate Pay Rate: $67 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality, patient-centered critical care in the ICU/PCU setting
- Perform thorough patient assessments, monitor trends, and document care accurately
- Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans
- Respond quickly and competently to patient emergencies and changes in condition
- Administer medications and advanced therapies according to protocols and safety standards
- Educate and support patients and families with compassion and clear communication
- Adhere to facility policies, regulatory requirements, and traveler performance expectations
Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) credential — current and in good standing
- Clinical experience in ICU and/or PCU nursing (demonstrated ability to work 12-hour shifts)
- Ability to work both day and night rotations as needed
- Professional communication skills and ability to collaborate with a multidisciplinary team
- Willingness to meet regional performance expectations for traveler staff
Knowledge & Skills
- Strong critical care assessment and clinical judgment
- Familiarity with telemetry monitoring and ICU/PCU workflows
- Skilled in medication administration and safe documentation practices
- Able to prioritize in fast-paced, high-acuity environments
- Compassionate patient and family communication
