Location: Albuquerque, New Mexico
Shift Type: Night shift, 6:00 PM - 6:30 AM (overnight)
Hours per Week: 36
Candidate Pay Rate: $34 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Deliver compassionate, hands-on nursing care to patients with professionalism and warmth
- Administer medications, treatments, and therapies safely and on schedule
- Monitor and document patient status, vital signs, and clinical changes accurately
- Collaborate with RNs, physicians, and the interdisciplinary team to coordinate care
- Assist with admissions, discharges, and transitions to ensure continuity of care
- Provide patient and family education in clear, caring language
- Maintain compliance with facility policies and infection control standards
Qualifications
- Current LPN license in the state of employment (or appropriate authorization to practice)
- Completion of an accredited LPN/LVN program
- Current BLS/CPR certification required
- Clinical experience in a similar setting preferred; new grads with strong clinical skills welcome to apply
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team
Education
- Graduate of an accredited LPN/LVN program
Knowledge & Skills
- Solid patient assessment and observational skills
- Medication administration and documentation proficiency
- Basic wound care and IV site monitoring knowledge where applicable
- Comfortable using electronic medical records (EMR) and charting accurately
- Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment and stay calm under pressure
- Good interpersonal skills for working with patients, families, and staff
