Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide safe, compassionate nursing care to patients in the Skies HC and Rhb Center
• Administer medications and treatments accurately, following facility protocols
• Perform thorough patient assessments and escalate changes in condition promptly
• Document care clearly and timely in the electronic health record
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support patient-centered plans
• Support admissions, discharges and care transitions with attention to detail
• Coach patients and families on self-care, recovery goals and follow-up plans

Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse license in New Mexico or compact state eligibility
• Current BLS certification from an accredited provider
• Experience providing direct patient care in acute or rehabilitative settings preferred
• Reliable clinical judgment, strong communication skills and a team-first attitude
• Ability to pass background checks and meet facility onboarding requirements

Education

• Graduate of an accredited Associate or Bachelor of Science in Nursing program
• Or diploma/approved practical nursing program for related LPN roles

Knowledge & Skills

• Patient assessment and monitoring
• Medication administration and documentation
• Care planning and interdisciplinary collaboration
• Familiarity with electronic health records and accurate charting
• Infection control and safety protocols
• Strong interpersonal skills for patient and family education

You will be based in Albuquerque, a vibrant high desert city with big skies and even bigger adventures.
