Shift Type: Night shift, 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM NOC
Hours per Week: 40
Candidate Pay Rate: $46 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, high-quality direct patient care during the night shift
- Administer medications and treatments accurately and document promptly
- Perform routine assessments and communicate changes in condition to the care team
- Assist with care planning and ensure continuity of care during handoffs
- Maintain accurate, timely charting and coordination with interdisciplinary staff
- Promote a safe environment by following infection control and facility policies
- Support resident dignity and independence through respectful, person-centered care
Qualifications
- Current LPN license (LPN) — candidates who are Licensed Practical Nurses are encouraged to apply
- Experience in long-term care or rehabilitation preferred but new grads with strong clinical skills are welcome
- Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification or willingness to obtain
- Ability to pass required background checks and health screenings
- Strong communication skills and a team-first attitude
Education
- LPN: Graduate of an accredited Practical Nursing program or diploma
Knowledge & Skills
- Solid knowledge of medication administration and documentation best practices
- Comfortable with patient assessments, vitals, and routine nursing procedures
- Familiarity with EMR/charting and timely documentation
- Good clinical judgement and the ability to escalate concerns when needed
- Excellent interpersonal skills for working with residents, families, and staff
