Roles & Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality occupational therapy services as a skilled COTA in a skilled nursing facility
- Implement individualized treatment plans to help residents regain independence
- Document patient progress clearly and promptly in accordance with CRG policies and procedures
- Collaborate closely with the therapy team and nursing staff to coordinate care
- Maintain productivity standards and contribute to a positive, efficient therapy environment
- Follow facility dress code and professional expectations, including wearing black scrubs
Qualifications
- Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) credential
- 1-3 years of experience (as listed) — experience in SNF or similar settings preferred
- Able to work on-site and be present in the building to receive guaranteed hours
- Able to meet productivity expectations (therapist productivity requirement 92%)
- Available by the requested start date of 2026-02-09
Knowledge & Skills
- Knowledge of occupational therapy interventions appropriate for skilled nursing residents
- Skilled in patient assessment, treatment implementation, and progress documentation
- Strong communication and teamwork skills to work with interdisciplinary teams
- Time management and organizational skills to meet productivity standards
- Familiarity with SNF workflows and regulatory/documentation expectations
