Candidate Pay Rate: $63 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Perform accurate patient history intake to build strong clinical foundations
- Conduct thorough patient assessments and collaborate with the interdisciplinary cancer care team
- Coordinate incoming and outgoing referrals so patients move smoothly through care
- Assist with medication refills and help manage symptom-related needs
- Communicate clearly and compassionately with patients and families
- Provide patient education about treatments, side-effect management, and follow-up care
- Document care and chart in Epic to ensure continuity and quality of care
- Contribute to a coordinated continuum of care by liaising with oncology and clinic teams
Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) — ready to practice in the clinic setting
- Minimum 2 years of clinic experience (required)
- Oncology experience required — Radiation Oncology experience a strong fit
- Epic electronic health record experience (required)
- Strong communication skills and the ability to coordinate care across teams
Knowledge & Skills
- Patient history intake and assessment
- Referral coordination and clinic workflow
- Patient communication and education
- Medication refill processes and basic medication management
- Familiarity with Epic and clinical documentation best practices
- Understanding of oncology care pathways and radiation oncology basics
- Team collaboration within an interdisciplinary cancer care setting
