Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, patient-centered nursing care on a Med-Surg Telemetry unit
• Monitor cardiac rhythms and telemetry strips, responding quickly to changes
• Administer medications and manage IV therapy using Alaris pumps with safe practice
• Document accurately and efficiently in Epic to ensure continuity of care
• Support post-surgical and medically complex patients (HF, diabetes, HTN, cancer)
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to create and implement care plans
• Float to specialty units (acute rehab, geriatric psych) as needed to support staffing
• Participate in orientation learning and pass the skills competency assessment

Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
• Minimum 2 years of recent Med-Surg/Telemetry nursing experience
• Current BLS certification required at time of submission
• Driver's license required at submittal (used for radius rule verification)
• Must meet facility immunization requirements (Covid vaccination status requested)
• Comfortable with Epic charting and Alaris IV pump operation
• Positive attitude, strong teamwork and communication skills; patient-focused
• Korean language ability is a plus; pediatrics experience not required

Education

• Active RN license (degree not specifically required by this posting)
