Roles & Responsibilities
- Assist the Physical Therapist in implementing individualized treatment plans
- Provide therapeutic exercises and mobility training to improve patient function
- Monitor patient progress and report updates to the supervising PT
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care that supports recovery and independence
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) program
- Active California PTA license required
- SNF or similar clinical experience preferred
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Commitment to providing high-quality patient care
Education
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) program

- Hands-on physical therapy techniques and therapeutic exercise
