Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality, patient-centered critical care in the ICU, monitoring and assessing complex conditions.
- Administer medications, titrate drips, and manage ventilators and other advanced support with precision.
- Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to develop and adjust individualized care plans.
- Respond rapidly to emergencies, perform critical interventions, and escalate concerns when needed.
- Document patient status, interventions, and outcomes accurately and timely.
- Educate patients and families with compassion, helping them navigate difficult moments.
Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license valid in California.
- Experience working in an ICU environment (critical care focus).
- Current BLS required; ACLS strongly preferred or available upon hire.
- Comfortable with ventilator management, vasoactive drips, and advanced monitoring.
- Strong clinical judgment, clear communication skills, and ability to work in fast-paced teams.
Education
- Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred

- Hemodynamic monitoring and titration of vasoactive medications
