Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, patient-centered critical care in the ICU, monitoring and assessing complex conditions.
• Administer medications, titrate drips, and manage ventilators and other advanced support with precision.
• Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to develop and adjust individualized care plans.
• Respond rapidly to emergencies, perform critical interventions, and escalate concerns when needed.
• Document patient status, interventions, and outcomes accurately and timely.
• Educate patients and families with compassion, helping them navigate difficult moments.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license valid in California.
• Experience working in an ICU environment (critical care focus).
• Current BLS required; ACLS strongly preferred or available upon hire.
• Comfortable with ventilator management, vasoactive drips, and advanced monitoring.
• Strong clinical judgment, clear communication skills, and ability to work in fast-paced teams.

Education

• Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred
