Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, hands-on personal care to residents with dignity and respect
• Assist with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, grooming, and feeding
• Monitor and document resident condition, reporting changes promptly to nursing staff
• Support safe transfers and mobility, using proper body mechanics and assistive devices
• Contribute to a positive, team-focused environment and participate in care planning
• Follow infection control protocols and maintain a clean, safe care environment

Qualifications

• Current Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) in good standing — required
• Travel LNA (T-LNA) credentials or willingness to obtain travel authorization — preferred
• CPR/BLS certification or ability to obtain upon hire
• Current TB test and up-to-date immunizations as required by facility
• Ability to pass background check and drug screen
• Excellent communication skills and a patient-centered attitude

Knowledge & Skills

• Strong knowledge of basic nursing assistant procedures and resident care
• Comfortable with documentation and electronic charting systems
• Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced clinical environment
• Good interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team
• Awareness of infection control standards and safe patient handling techniques
