Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate direct patient care and assist with activities of daily living
- Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately per policy
- Monitor and document patient status changes and report concerns promptly
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to support individualized care plans
- Reinforce patient and family education in a clear, respectful manner
- Support a culture of safety by following infection control and facility protocols
Qualifications
- Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license (New Hampshire) required
- CPR/BLS certification required or obtained upon hire
- Local candidates only (position is local only)
- Ability to work the listed every-other-weekend rotation and long day shifts
- Current immunizations and ability to pass background and health screenings
Education
- Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program and active LPN license
Knowledge & Skills
- Skilled in basic nursing assessments and documentation
- Medication administration and basic IV/lines familiarity where applicable
- Strong communication and teamwork with clinical staff and families
- Time management and the ability to prioritize in a busy clinical setting
- Professionalism and adherence to patient safety and infection control practices
