Shift Type: 4x10 Days, 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM (Day shift); Call required — one weekday and one weekend on-call per month

Candidate Pay Rate: $74 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Set up and verify interventional imaging equipment (Philips biplane, GE Hybrid, C-Arm) prior to procedures
- Prep access sites and maintain sterile technique to ensure patient safety
- Serve as room circulator and scrub-assist: anticipate clinician needs and maintain the sterile field
- Operate PACS and document procedures accurately in EPIC
- Assist physicians with angiography, nephrograms, kyphoplasty, venous access and a broad range of IR procedures
- Support patient care across outpatient, OR, ER and adult ICU settings when needed
- Participate in on-call duties and timely response for scheduled coverage
Qualifications
- ARRT (R) certification required
- BLS required
- Washington State license required
- IR/CV certification preferred
- Minimum 1 year of relevant Interventional Radiology experience
- Epic charting experience preferred
- Travel contract requirement: candidates with permanent residence within 50 miles of the facility are not eligible
- Pending licenses are not accepted
- First-time travelers are welcome; prior travel experience not required
Knowledge & Skills
- Proficiency with PACS and C-Arm imaging systems (Philips, GE, Siemens experience helpful)
- Strong sterile technique and infection control practices
- Skilled in equipment setup, procedural prep and room circulation
- Familiarity with a wide range of IR procedures: angiography, embolization, stent/angioplasty, nephrostomy, biopsies, kyphoplasty and IVC filter placement
- Comfortable supporting vascular surgeons and interventional radiologists in a fast-paced environment
- Accurate documentation skills in EPIC and ability to follow unit protocols
