Shift Type: Night shifts, 6:45 PM - 7:15 AM NOC. Primarily night coverage on a rotating schedule; specific days assigned by the facility.
Hours per Week: 36
Candidate Pay Rate: $77 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Maintain safe, efficient staffing levels across clinical departments to ensure excellent patient care
- Lead and support nursing staff during night operations, offering clinical direction and problem solving
- Manage multiple priorities calmly in a fast-paced environment to keep the unit running smoothly
- Intervene effectively with staff, patients, families, and medical teams when issues arise
- Communicate clearly with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and escalate when needed
- Foster a teamwork-focused culture that supports staff wellbeing and optimal patient outcomes
Qualifications
- Current Washington nursing license (required)
- Registered Nurse (RN) with active credentials
- BLS and ACLS certifications (required)
- Minimum 4 years of recent clinical nursing experience
- At least 1 year of demonstrated nursing leadership experience preferred
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and make sound decisions under pressure
- Strong intervention and communication skills with patients, families, and staff
Knowledge & Skills
- Clinical nursing and patient assessment expertise
- Staffing coordination and shift management experience
- Effective patient, family, and staff communication
- Ability to prioritize and triage in fast-paced clinical settings
- Team leadership, conflict resolution, and escalation skills
- Familiarity with hospital policies and night operations workflow
