Location: Bethlehem, PA
Contract Type: Perm
Shift Type: 5 days per week with rotating weekends, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM Day shift
Hours per Week: 40
Candidate Pay Rate: $44 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Assess and evaluate patients to determine functional needs and goals
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on best practices
- Provide therapeutic interventions including exercise, manual therapy and mobility training
- Monitor patient progress, adjust plans as needed, and document outcomes
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members and communicate with families
- Educate patients and caregivers on home programs, safety and fall prevention
- Participate in discharge planning to ensure smooth transitions of care
Qualifications
- Current Pennsylvania Physical Therapy license or eligible to obtain one
- Graduation from an accredited Physical Therapy program; DPT preferred
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification or ability to obtain upon hire
- Experience in rehabilitation, skilled nursing or outpatient settings is a plus
- Strong communication skills and a patient-centered approach
Education
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) preferred; Master’s or Bachelor’s in Physical Therapy acceptable
Knowledge & Skills
- Skilled in patient assessment, therapeutic exercise and mobility training
- Familiarity with creating measurable treatment goals and progress notes
- Ability to work effectively within an interdisciplinary care team
- Comfortable with documentation and electronic medical record workflows
- Good time management and prioritization skills in a busy clinical setting
