Roles & Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire the rehabilitation team including PTs, OTs, PTAs and COTAs to deliver excellent patient care
• Develop, implement and oversee individualized rehabilitation programs that drive patient progress
• Ensure clinical documentation and practices meet regulatory and facility standards
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, patients and families to coordinate care plans
• Coach, mentor and evaluate staff performance to foster professional growth
• Monitor quality metrics and spearhead continuous improvement initiatives
• Manage staffing and scheduling to maintain consistent, high-quality services

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist or Occupational Therapist in Oklahoma, or eligible for state licensure
• Proven leadership experience in a rehabilitation setting or related clinical environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to lead teams and engage patients
• Familiarity with rehab documentation standards and regulatory requirements
• Commitment to patient-centered care and continuous quality improvement

Education

• Degree in Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, or a related healthcare field

Knowledge & Skills

• Deep knowledge of rehabilitation principles and therapeutic interventions
• Skill in clinical assessment, care planning and outcome measurement
• Leadership and team development skills to build a cohesive, effective staff
• Ability to collaborate across disciplines and communicate clearly with patients and families
• Proficiency with clinical documentation and electronic health record systems
