Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, patient-centered nursing care to residents and patients
Administer medications and treatments accurately and document thoroughly
Perform routine assessments and escalate changes in condition promptly
Maintain clear, timely electronic and paper charting to support continuity of care
Collaborate with nurses, CNAs, therapists, and physicians to deliver coordinated care
Promote a safe, clean, and respectful environment for patients and families

Qualifications

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) — current and in good standing (required)
Previous LPN experience preferred but new grads from accredited programs are welcome to apply
Current CPR/BLS certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)
Clear background check and ability to work locally at the assigned facility

Education

Graduate of an accredited Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) program
High school diploma or GED required

Knowledge & Skills

Strong patient care and assessment skills with attention to detail
Medication administration and documentation skills
Basic knowledge of infection control and safety practices
Effective communication and teamwork with multidisciplinary staff
Comfortable using electronic medical records and following care plans
