Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, high-quality telemetry nursing care for adult patients
• Monitor cardiac telemetry continuously and act quickly on significant changes
• Perform thorough patient assessments and intervene appropriately
• Administer medications and IV therapies according to orders and policy
• Document patient care and clinical changes accurately in the medical record
• Collaborate with physicians, advanced practice providers, and the care team to create and执行 safe plans of care
• Educate patients and families about condition, treatments, and follow-up care

Qualifications

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) qualification with telemetry experience
• Comfortable with continuous cardiac monitoring and rhythm interpretation
• Ability to work overnight 12-hour shifts and respond calmly in urgent situations
• Strong communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with the unit multidisciplinary team
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required; Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) preferred or welcomed

Education

• Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred

Knowledge & Skills

• Telemetry monitoring and cardiac rhythm recognition
• Patient assessment and clinical decision-making
• Medication administration and basic IV management
• Charting in electronic medical records with attention to detail
• Infection control, safety protocols, and patient advocacy
