Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate direct care to residents, helping with activities of daily living
• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming and mobility in a respectful manner
• Monitor resident status and report changes promptly to the care team
• Perform clinical tasks according to facility policies and scope of practice
• Document care accurately and maintain clear communication with nurses and families
• Support a positive, safe environment that promotes dignity and independence

Qualifications

• Active LNA or T-LNA license (VT or NH) as indicated by the posting
• Available to start the assignment on 2026-02-16
• Comfortable working the day shift schedule of 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
• Willingness to work a 9-week travel assignment at the Elm Wood Center

Knowledge & Skills

• Hands-on resident care and assistance with ADLs
• Clear, compassionate communication and teamwork
• Accurate documentation and charting skills
• Familiarity with infection control and safety practices
• Time management and the ability to prioritize resident needs
