Candidate Pay Rate: $43 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide skilled physical therapy evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
- Deliver therapeutic interventions including exercise, manual therapy and functional training
- Track and document patient progress clearly and timely in the medical record
- Collaborate with nurses, physicians and rehab staff to coordinate excellent patient care
- Educate patients and families on home programs and safe functional strategies
- Contribute to a positive, patient-centered environment that promotes recovery
Qualifications
- Active or eligible for Physical Therapist licensure in West Virginia
- Degree in Physical Therapy (DPT or equivalent preferred)
- Current CPR/BLS certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Experience in rehabilitation or outpatient/skilled settings is a plus
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with a care team
Education
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) preferred; Bachelor's or Master's in Physical Therapy considered
Knowledge & Skills
- Solid understanding of therapeutic exercise, musculoskeletal and neuromuscular rehab
- Skilled in patient assessment, gait training and functional mobility interventions
- Comfortable with documentation and basic EMR workflows
- Ability to prioritize caseloads and manage time effectively
- Compassionate patient education and family communication skills
