Contract Type: Travel Contract
Shift Type: Night shift, 6:00 PM - 6:30 AM (overnight). Specific days of week to be confirmed with the facility.
Candidate Pay Rate: $22 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, hands-on care to residents and patients, making their comfort a top priority
- Assist with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, grooming and mobility
- Monitor and record vital signs and report changes promptly to nursing staff
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation to support high-quality care and continuity
- Support infection control and safety practices to protect patients and team members
- Communicate clearly and respectfully with patients, families and the interdisciplinary care team
Qualifications
- Valid Certified Nursing Assistant credential (CNA or T-CNA) in good standing
- Current state authorization to practice in New Mexico (or ability to obtain)
- Comfortable and able to work overnight 6:00 PM - 6:30 AM shifts
- Willingness to complete facility onboarding requirements including background check and health screenings
- CPR/BLS certification preferred (if you don't have it, we can help you find resources)
Education
- Completion of a state-approved CNA training program; High School diploma or GED preferred
Knowledge & Skills
- Strong patient care fundamentals and ability to assist with ADLs
- Accurate vital signs measurement and basic clinical observation
- Clear, compassionate communication and teamwork
- Reliable documentation habits and attention to detail
- Basic familiarity with electronic charting or willingness to learn quickly
